Option 1 : UNFILLED
With this option the bag comes unfilled and you can customise it by filling to your own weight and Density, most heavy commercial bags are filled with cotton rags and bags of sand.
 
Option 2 : FILLED
With the filled option the bag will be delivered filled to our optimum weight of 45KG , this can be made heavier if you require by adjusting the contents of the filling once you receive the bag.
 
Due to the nature of how the punchbags are used, punchbag standard limited warranty is supplied of 30days.
